WSMO Telcon 07-13-2005 Notes taken by Birgitta Present: Dieter, Emilia, Cristina, Jacek, Birgitta, Holger, Adrian, Axel, James (+ some people joining after "roll call") Dieter: A cooperation with Amith Sheth's group will be set up. They already work with the WSMX people. The aim is to develop an extension of the WSDL-S grounding mechanism for WSMO (and come back to earlier plans for a WSMO Light). >From the WSMO side, Jacek is going to take care of it, involve other grounding people as needed. Also, information about a project at the EU Software & Services Unit will be distributed soon. Their results should be incorporated into the work on WSMO Full. Deliverables: D29: Deadline is on Friday, July 15 (activity sheet should be corrected) D24.2: new deadline: Friday, July 22 needs to be adapted to changes in choreography D14.v0.2 (comments mainly by Dieter, answers by Axel) some editorial changes to D 14: - delete last sentence on page 1 3.1.1 WSMO identifiers and concepts... that are defined in the imported ontologies. 3.1.2 cite Butler05 3.2 add introductory paragraph SectionX.X more important changes: 3.1 in addition to concepts, relations should be mentioned usesMediators should be added to the stateSignature Class 3.2.1 remark on deleting implicit facts: a formal definition of the effect is needed 3.2.2. Subcapabilities: Stateful interactions need to be described in the choreography. However, this should be done not within the ASMs but in the next step of the choreography definition, which will describe the transaction logic. Therefore: Delete for the time being, replace by transaction logic later on. Amazon example and grounding: Grounding is reflected in Listing 4 (EndpointDescription) and Listing 5 (everything after in/out). They point to the appropriate WSDL messages. Data grounding is not yet reflected Work on the execution environment for ASMs is progressing as planned. Next steps: Axel will but together a document summarizing the open points with respect to D 14. This will serve as a basis for discussion at the next phone conf. A new deadline for D 14 will be determined at the next telcon. Next conference: Wednesday, July 27th.
