John: OU is working as well on mapping XML to Ontology. The mappings are
from ontology level to XML (lowering)

Section 3
Jacek: there are no operations in WSMO and therefore no
entities to whom the WSDL operations can be linked
John: in IRS a
choreography has operations, WSDL operations can be linked to the
operation in the choreography.
