	Dieter: this deliverable is WSMO and not WSML
	
	Introduction: 	fine
	Section 2:	flaws fixed
	Section 3:	
	Section 3:1	concept in? what is the scope? concept out? which attributes
		Dieter: Answers too specific for this document
		Dieter: ordering should be "static in out controlled"
	Section 3.2:	
		Holger:	drop it, macros mess up the scope of the document
		Dieter: D14 should be comparable to WSMO D2 in content and scope
		Holger: drop mention of WSML variables
	Section 3.3:
		Dieter: needed?
		Holger: useful, but probably not in scope of D14 as is
		Dieter: delete!
		Holger: what about Appendix A
		Mick: 	requires a WSML deliverable
		Dieter: remove 3.3 and leave Appendix as not enough motivation for new
deliverable
			D14 becomes final
		Mick: 	change the name of Appendix A to better reflect its purpose

Telecon providers
	Dieter: Let's go back to German provider
		Skype users call a "friend" for an internal conf call.
		Allows two calls for the price of one.
