 John, Dieter: Add container for ground facts to the choreography class.

 Jos, Michael: Choreography is independent of the state.

 Resolution: add an attribute for representing the state. Might be useful for
	simulation.

 Action: New version of D14 in 2 weeks: Add container for states in the
 	 Choreography class, tighten the definitions.
