The content of this deliverable is now merged with deliverable D13.4, WSMX Architecture and System Design [Zaremba et al., 2004]. The reason for this decision is to simplify the documentation for WSMX. D13.4 now provides the detailed system architecture and design specification while the description of the open-source implementation of the system will be provided using the Javadoc description of the implemented Java classes and will be available at the SourceForge project page for WSMX (http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/wsmx). This is in line with best practice for open source software development. Consequently this deliverable, D13.5, will be retired from the active documents for WSMX.
